Entering the Exit

It must have been the river that changed everything. Out of the corners of my eyes I can still see the houses and people, but I am taller now than any tree, more alive than any other.

I feel the world collapse into me, violently and gently. The place where space used to be is now occupied by something else, by something I cannot quite grasp. Is it me? I feel your eyelashes touch my cheek and enter my pores. Is this me? There is a judge looking down upon us. He is holding a silver chalice and all he does is stare. I think he wants to show me something: The longer I look at him, the more he looks away. I try to breathe, but I cannot feel straight anymore.

I am wolf again. I am man. The mirror shows me images of possibilities. I do not know anymore what is real. I do not know anymore which of them. Borders between the world and myself are washed away. Borders between people, between bodies, are erased.

There are many people here. I am every one of them. I am endless. I am no body. I am pure soul and you are pure light. We melt into all of them.

Entering the Exit
This is an easy option for easy days,
for lazy people with peculiar ways,
for everybody who's keen to learn
and for all those people who want to burn.

A solution for the million gods
that roam the earth and head their nods,
for all those who don't want to rise
and choose instead to close their eyes.

It's a way for those who drown their fears
for everyone who cheers or sneers,
and for people without master plan
who wonder how it all began.
